Our private play date includes 2 hours of private play up to
15 kids. Private play dates do not include the party space
and cannot be reserved for parties. No food, gifts, or decor
can be brought in during a private play date. Only for $345!

Play Harbor Party Rental Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.
Full payment is due 7 days before the party.
Parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance to guarantee availability and special services (like character visits).
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled party date if given at least 7 days’ notice.
Parties cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice forfeit the deposit.
Party Duration & Setup:
Parties include [X] hours of facility use (please specify your party length).
Setup and cleanup are included in your party time. Please arrive on time to ensure your full party experience.
Guest Count:
Pricing is based on the number of guests booked.
Please provide an accurate guest count at least 7 days prior to your party.
Additional guests beyond the booked number may incur extra fees.
Food & Beverages:
Outside food and beverages are only allowed if pre-approved (e.g., birthday cake or special dietary needs).
Play Harbor provides pizzas, cupcakes, juice, and water as part of select packages.
Behavior & Safety:
Play Harbor is a family-friendly environment. We expect all guests to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions.
The venue is not responsible for any personal injuries or lost items.
Special Requests:
Any special accommodations or requests must be communicated at booking and approved by management.
