OPEN PLAY ADMISSION
We strongly suggest checking our Schedule. Call us or check our social media to find out our open play availability times, since we may be hosting a private event.
Child Admission
$18.00 + tax (7%)
- Applicable for ages 0 – 7 years old. (Kids older are welcomed if present with a younger sibling)
- Play sessions will be limited to 2 hours. (Check availability in our store or call ahead to confirm).
- Includes 2 accompanying adults per child.
Additional Sibling
$12.00 + tax (7%)
- Each additional sibling.
- Play sessions will be limited to 2 hours. (Check availability in our store or call ahead to confirm).
- Children under 6 months old are free.
Toddler Time (Tot Time)
$10.00 + tax (7%)
- Applicable for ages 0 – 3 years old.
- Play sessions will be limited to 1 hour. (Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM).
- Includes 2 accompanying adults per child.
Additional Adult
$5.00 + tax (7%)
- Each Additional Accompanying Adult
- No adults will be admitted without accompanying children.
- This does not include Parents/Caregivers of child. 2 adults per child is free.
Grippy Socks
$3.00
- Socks are required for all children. We recommend grippy socks to make climbing easier. Was it a flip-flop day? No worries, we always have socks for sale!
Reservation & No-Show Policy. We understand that life happens! However, reservations that result in a no-show will not be eligible for a refund unless prior communication has been made with management. If you’re unable to attend your reserved time, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the owner, depending on the circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES
We are a shoe free environment. All Children and adults must wear socks preferably non-slip while in the play area. (No Exceptions) If you forget your socks you can purchase them in our store. Parents or guardians must sign a waiver for each child before entering the play space. Accompanying adults must stay in the play space and always supervise their children.
Play Harbor will not be responsible or be held liable for any injuries resulting from rough play, poor behavior or inappropriate use of toys and equipment. Play Harbor has a ZERO BULLYING POLICY. Any children seen harassing or bullying other children will be politely asked to leave and their play pass will be forfeited without a refund. NO Climbing up the slides or the main play structures at any time. No standing on tables, chairs, or any of the furniture. Damage to our property by no proper play may incur a damage fee.
Our Restroom is equipped with a baby changing station. Please Change all diaper in the restroom. Any children or adults who are visibly sick will be asked to return another day based on Play Harbor Employee discretion. Please Place all toys that touch children mouth in the dirty tray bin. Play Harbor is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of your personal belongings. Do not leave your valuables, electronics, or purses/wallets unattended.
Drinks and pre- packed snacks for children and adults are permitted in the designated seating area. No drinks or snacks are permitted in the play area. If you forget snacks/drinks, you can buy them at our shop. We do not allow “walk-in parties”. No unreserved parties or other celebrations are allowed in our facility including cake, candles, gifts, balloons, or goodie bags. NO Pet Policy – Though we love pets keeping other kids allergies in mind our facility doesn’t allow pets of any kind. Play Harbor is a non-smoking space that includes vapes, e-cigarette and or cigarettes.
