ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

All upgrades must be confirmed no later than 7 days before your event.

Additional time and services are based on staff availability. Fees may be adjusted seasonally.

Play Harbor Party Rental Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.

  • Full payment is due 7 days before the party.

  • Parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance to guarantee availability and special services (like character visits).

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled party date if given at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Parties cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice forfeit the deposit.

Party Duration & Setup:

  • Parties include [X] hours of facility use (please specify your party length).

  • Setup and cleanup are included in your party time. Please arrive on time to ensure your full party experience.

Guest Count:

  • Pricing is based on the number of guests booked.

  • Please provide an accurate guest count at least 7 days prior to your party.

  • Additional guests beyond the booked number may incur extra fees.

Food & Beverages:

  • Outside food and beverages are only allowed if pre-approved (e.g., birthday cake or special dietary needs).

  • Play Harbor provides pizzas, cupcakes, juice, and water as part of select packages.

Behavior & Safety:

  • Play Harbor is a family-friendly environment. We expect all guests to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions.

  • The venue is not responsible for any personal injuries or lost items.

Special Requests:

  • Any special accommodations or requests must be communicated at booking and approved by management.
